She loved working with hundreds of students, faculty and outside companies every year, with successful results for all. Richard had been working in his own Real Estate firm (RBRE) with offices on Cape Cod, Andover MA as well as in NH. In this capacity, Richard has built, bought and sold hundreds of homes and properties, including both Residential and Commercial. As a Broker and General Contractor he has establish extensive relationships and partnerships with many Banks, Lenders, Attorneys, Accountants and Construction Companies.
After meeting, Rosemary was inspired and decided to try on her “entrepreneurial hat”, which she had always wanted to do, and acquired her Real Estate license in MA and NH. It didn’t take long for Rosemary and Rich to realize there was a lot more great work to be done together in acquiring properties in need, connecting resources, and making the world a better place. Together they began exploring, just like Christopher Columbus in 1492, how best to bring together their resources and set goals to “find” the properties in most need, acquire and invest, improve neighborhoods for Win-Win outcomes. Personally, what makes our team special is that in addition to our education and work in real estate, we have collective experiences running businesses. Richard has run his own construction company and built many homes and has worked for other construction companies as a project manager, handling multiple job sites at one time. Rosemary, after receiving her degree in PR/Business Communications from RIC, worked for years at BOSE CORPORATION directly for Dr. Amar Bose, a well renowned entrepreneur in the global music industry market.
